Purpose:

This policy establishes the Company’s principles and commitments for the conservation and sustainable management of biodiversity, ensuring that natural resources are preserved and passed on responsibly to future generations.
Scope:
This policy applies to all business operations, projects, and activities undertaken by the Company, including those carried out through subsidiaries, contractors, and business partners.
Policy Commitments:
Compliance and Governance: Conduct all activities in compliance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, standards, and international best practices related to biodiversity management.
Environmental Stewardship: Implement effective measures to control, prevent, and reduce environmental impacts through sustainable resource utilization and biodiversity conservation. Prioritize pollution prevention at the source and continuous environmental performance improvement.
Innovation and Technology: Promote and apply modern, efficient, and environmentally friendly technologies and innovations to minimize biodiversity impacts and enhance operational sustainability.
Community and Stakeholder Engagement: Encourage meaningful engagement with local communities, relevant authorities, and stakeholders directly or indirectly affected by Company operations. Ensure that project development processes integrate human rights principles and stakeholder input to minimize ecological and social impacts.
Awareness and Capacity Building: Ensure that all executives and employees receive adequate communication, training, and awareness programs to strengthen understanding and commitment to biodiversity conservation.
Knowledge Sharing and Continuous Improvement: Support the transfer of technological and environmental management knowledge to relevant parties. Continuously review and improve biodiversity management processes to enhance efficiency and environmental quality control.
